Terms of Service

By using EverySays ("the service") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Service

EverySays turns text and audio (PDF, articles, podcasts) into sentence-level shadowing practice. Reading and listening are available without an account; an account unlocks translation, word and sentence saving, and AI features.

2. Accounts

Sign-in is provided via Supabase (Google or email). You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for the content you bring into the service.

3. Content and copyright

You may only process content you have the right to use. We play podcasts via their public RSS feeds and prefer official transcripts, and we do not host third-party media. Your saved words and sentences remain yours.

4. Payment and subscription

EverySays offers a free tier. Where paid plans (Pro) are available, the price, billing cycle, renewal, and cancellation terms are shown before purchase and in your account. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. Payments are processed by our payment provider.

5. Acceptable use

Do not abuse the service, scrape it, attempt to exceed usage limits, or use it for unlawful purposes.

6. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Translations, transcripts, and AI-generated feedback may contain errors and are for learning purposes only. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

8. Changes

We may update these terms and will post any changes on this page with a new date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
